We believe Jesus Christ is the hope for the world

GOD LOVES YOU

Because of God's love for all person, He desires that you have unbroken fellowship with Him. 

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, 

that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

 (John 3:16)

YOU ARE A SINNER

All persons are "sinners" in that they disobey God.  Sin is choosing to go your own way and

do your own thing as opposed to being obedient to God. 

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

(Romans 3:23)

SIN SEPARATES YOU FROM GOD

We all rebel against God and cannot experience His Love and plan for us. 

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. 

(Romans 6:23)

GOD SENT HIS SON JESUS TO REMOVE THE SIN BARRIER

Jesus took the punishment you and I deserved for our sin and offers us forgiveness of sin and new life.

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

(Romans 5:8) 

YOU CAN RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST THROUGH FAITH

Faith is trust in what Jesus has done for ou rather than trusting your own efforts to restore fellowship with God. 

Every person must surrender to Jesus to receive His gift of eternal life that begins now and last forever. 

If you confess with your mouth "Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that

God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For with the heart one believes and is justified, 

and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. 

(Romans 10:9-10)

THROUGH PRAYER YOU CAN TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST

Admit to God that you are a sinner.  Express sorrow or repentance for your sinfulness.

Ask Him to forgive your sins. Invite Jesus into your life as Savior and Lord. 

Commit yourself to live for Him. 

We believe that the beginning of the journey of following Jesus begins in a prayer. 

This is not a magical prayer that you must say word-for-word but a

guide to help you communicate to God the desire of your heart.

"God, Thank you for loving me.  Thank you for sending Jesus to forgive me of my sins and give me eternal life.

I confess you as Lord and surrender my life to you.  Help me follow you.
