Joe Sharber is Worship Pastor and Church Administrator.  He serves in multiple roles throughout our church.  He is a graduate of East Central University with a Bachelors degree in education and and a Masters degree in counseling.  Joe has been a public school teacher, counselor and  School Administrator, with over 20 years experience in education/school administration.  Joe plays the piano and began serving in church at a young age playing the piano. Joe spent many years as a Youth Minister, mentoring students and leading groups to follow Jesus and influence others for Jesus.  Since at FBC Wewoka Joe has been our Worship Pastor and Church Administrator, leading children's and adult choirs, our Praise Band and working with our Teams. 

Ruth is a treasure and an asset.  She has been serving as our Administrative Assistant for over 10 years.  If you need a name or a number Mrs. Ruth is the one to ask.  Mrs. Ruth served in the Wewoka and Holdenville School Districts before retiring and coming to work at the church. 

Mrs. Ginger Ryan is our Senior Adult Team Leader.  Ginger and her husband Tom are active members of First Baptist and can be found volunteering in the community at many city events.  Ginger also serves as a teacher for one of our Woman's Sunday School as well as working with Women On Mission projects. 

Debbie is our church hostess.  Debbie and her husband Dennis own and operate the local funeral home.  They can always be found serving others both through the church and their business.   Debbie is always willing to serve and helps cook for many of our church wide events as well as Youth camp at Falls Creek. 

Dwight Smith is our Chairman of Deacons.  Dwight teaches an adult men's Sunday School class and can be found serving as a usher/greeter on Sunday Mornings during our Worship Service.  He is always ready to reach out into our community.  Dwight is a retired firefighter and can be found serving his community at local events.  Dwight is a avid fisher and hunter and loves to spend time outdoors. 

Earl and his wife Ruby serve in a variety of ministries as well as both having served as Sunday School teachers.
